Relaxed adventure where we stop along the way and look at the life in the puddles and plants in a very unhurried pace — more of a walking meditation. We will explore the sacred site of Sedona's Cathedral Rock looking at the unique flora and fauna having time for that special photo or just sit for a time and just be part of creation. Its all divine time. If, however, your time is limited and you want a deeper yet leisurely connection with the magical geological and spiritual wonder of Sedona, this slow hike will change your consciousness.

A brisk paced Trek for those who want to see a wee bit more in the time they have. Ample breaks for informative talks on the geology, history, photo op’s and connecting deeper with the landscape. Yep, you’ll be huffing and puffing sometimes but nothing too extreme — just a good cardio work out. Your safety and comfort are always our priority. We will be up in the wild canyons with Towering Red Rock Walls, spring-fed creeks and sensational overlooks into wilderness areas.
